House of Alchemy is a Magnificent Loft arranged on two levels, fully furnished to receive travellers from all over the world.

You will find the Dining Room with kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.

In the Relaxation Room with the Sofa you will be able to explore new worlds by being able to choose from all the books that will be at your disposal.

Candles and Incense will make the atmosphere even more magical.

A wooden staircase will lead you upstairs into the Golden Bedroom equipped with a Japanese Wooden Double Bed and an Ancient Chinese Cherry Sideboard on which rests a large Golden Mirror.

The wooden structure of the roof and the Parquet, distributed over the entire surface of the apartment, contribute to making the Loft even warmer and more welcoming.

The bathroom is located on the first floor and is complete with shower cabin, complete sanitary ware and washbasin, hair dryer and towels of various sizes.

In addition, AEG Washer-dryer and Dyson Vacuum Cleaner will be at your disposal.

House of Alchemy is located next to the Meloncello arch, a few steps from Via Saragozza.

It is a very green area, in twenty minutes on foot and only a few minutes by car, you will find yourself at the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca and if you continue find yourself surrounded by the wonderful Bolognese Hills.

Walking under the arcades of via Saragozza you can reach the centre of Bologna in twenty-thirty minutes; reaching it by bus is very fast and easy. The bus stop is right next to the house, in ten minutes you find yourself in the historic centre of Bologna.

The main bus lines (Line 20) stops right next to the house and in no time you can reach the historic centre of Bologna.

If you have a car you can park it right under the house in the special parking lots with blue stripes for a fee or you can leave it in a free outdoor parking adjacent to the Certosa Cemetery, five- ten minutes walk from the house.

You can quickly reach the historic centre of Bologna by following the arcades of via Saragozza on foot.
